What's so great about wool?

We love wool and here are our favourite reasons why:

CARE GUIDE

Wool is a natural, breathable fibre that repels dirt and moisture, so with good care you should find you don't need to wash your knits frequently. If cleaning is needed, first try spot cleaning - gently rub the area with soap, rinse and leave to dry naturally.

We recommend gentle hand washing, however, the 'hand wash' cycle on most washing machines can also be used with detergents suitable for woollens. To ensure your garment has a long life, store folded in a sealed drawer to prevent moth damage.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. International orders are sent Tracked and Signed: all applicable import duties are to be paid by the customer upon receipt.

Shipping costs vary depending on weight, destination and shipping method and are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete an order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. However, most items are made to order. Depending on availability of knitters and the items being knitted, please allow 2-3 weeks to complete the order. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped and is on its way.

Refunds/Exchanges

We aim for 100% satisfaction with your order from Beaver Bay but we do understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange. All purchases are eligible for a full refund (excluding postage cost) if returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
